Salary: £75,000–£85,000 per annum + bonus + benefits

What you will do

• Lead the design of scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive platform modernization initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers.
• Align DevOps capabilities with broader business objectives.
• Champion DevEx, reliability, and security practices.
• Embed operational excellence and incident response.

Requirements

• Proven line management experience is required.
• Cloud-native expertise (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, SRE, and IaC principles.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• English: B2+ is required.

• Any scripting experience.
