What you will do

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
• Create business cases outlining benefits, costs, and risks of solutions.
• Assist with client demos, workshops, and working sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions and produce system documentation.
• Define test plans, conduct testing, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor system performance and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Hyderabad, India
• 3-5 years experience mapping business processes into ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow.
• Ability to discuss integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, project awareness, and customer service skills.
• Prior development or architecture experience strongly preferred.
