What you will do

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Retail systems (POS, OMS, SAP, payment, SIOCS).
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog for Retail streams and refine scope with product owners.
  • Act as the main functional counterpart for business teams and technical leads, facilitating workshops and UAT sessions.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes, functional flows, and test cases, supporting defect triage.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to best practices in functional analysis.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail domains.
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required.
  • Knowledge of POS systems (Oracle Xstore Cloud) and related integrations (SAP, OMS, payment).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in multi-country deployments (luxury or fashion preferred).
