What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies for expanding the Data Management practice.
• Proactively identify and explore new business opportunities related to data management and analytics.
• Lead the development of proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create compelling proposals.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships by understanding their evolving data needs.
• Apply advanced data analytics techniques and create compelling data visualizations and reports.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on data management, analytics, and business development.
• Strong skills in creating technical documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Proficiency in SQL queries and data manipulation.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, data modeling, and data cataloging principles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization and reporting tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Cognos, or Data Studio).
• Strong understanding of both relational and non-relational databases, including cloud (Amazon Redshift, PostgreSQL) and on-premise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
