Location: Hybrid (1-3 days/week in office) or Office-Based (4-5 days/week in office) in Tel Aviv, Israel.

What you will do

• Build new and efficient components in an evolving market technology for scale and efficiency.
• Develop high-quality, production-ready code for a cloud platform used by millions.
• Make design decisions based on performance, scalability, and future expansion.
• Contribute to all phases of the SDLC, including design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing.
• Build efficient components and algorithms on a microservice multi-tenant SaaS cloud environment.
• Code review, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience as a software engineer.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripting languages (Java, Python, Scala, C#, Go, Node.JS, C++).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Postgres, Trino, Redshift, Mongo).
• Experience with developing SaaS products over public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale.
• Proficiency in queues, locks, scheduling, event-driven architecture, and workload distribution.
• Deep understanding of software development best practices and demonstrated leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in Generative AI, particularly with RAG systems and Agentic workflows using large language models.
• Experience with Big-Data/ML and S3.
• Hands-on experience with Streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Experience with Elastic Search, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience working in a high-paced and rapidly growing multinational organization.
