Location: Hybrid (3 days from the office) in Krakow, Poland

What you will do

• Support New Business Sales (NBS) representatives throughout the sales cycle by handling various operational tasks.
• Liaise with NBS sales representatives to collect all necessary business collaterals.
• Set up advertisers' accounts on the Google Ads Platform and set appropriate Tags based on the business model.
• Link My Client Center (MCC) accounts and update internal platforms with advertisers' contact details.
• Get sign-off from Kickstart+ sales reports on accuracy and completion before account handover.

Requirements

• Portuguese language: C1 level required.
• English language: Very good proficiency required (language of communication in the company).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Understanding of Google Ads platform for account setup and tag implementation.
• Basic logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional rapport-building and active listening skills.

• Experience in Google Ads/Digital marketing.
