What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Directors focused on healthcare and life sciences.
- Create a coaching culture with deal reviews, ride-alongs, and structured 1:1s to elevate team performance.
- Define and refine GTM strategy, territory design, and account prioritization for HLS accounts.
- Drive pipeline and forecast management with clear operating rhythms and deal quality expectations.
- Guide reps through complex, technical, and regulated sales opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and post-sales teams to align strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the US.
- 15+ years of enterprise sales or GTM leadership experience with proven revenue growth.
- Experience leading verticalized sales motions and building GTM plays from scratch.
- Strong operational skills in capacity planning, pipeline rigor, and forecasting.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Public company experience is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Vertical healthcare and life sciences experience with knowledge of regulatory and compliance landscapes.
- Existing network of senior HLS executives and ability to convene stakeholders around AI initiatives.
- Technical understanding of AI, data, and API concepts to guide the sales team.
