- Work flexible shifts including part-time and rotating schedules
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid role based in Cardiff, UK office
- English: B2 level or higher
- 2+ years customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high enquiry volumes without quality loss
- Proactive and solutions-focused attitude
