Location: Hybrid (2 days working from home) in Larnaca, Cyprus

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for onboarding and verification products, focusing on compliance, scalability, and conversion.
• Define and own the long-term roadmap for eKYC, risk scoring, document validation, and entity-specific onboarding rules.
• Assess, integrate, and continuously monitor onboarding and verification solutions (vendors, APIs, data sources).
• Lead end-to-end delivery of onboarding initiatives and mentor Product Managers, BAs, and Associates.
• Optimize onboarding funnels by analyzing behavior patterns, verification failures, and regional differences.
• Lead vendor evaluations and integrations, staying updated with global verification trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of trading products, affiliates, and payment processors within the fintech landscape.
• Experience with wireframing and mockup design tools (Figma, Moqups, Balsamiq).
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
