What you will do

• Own the end-to-end sports betting experience and lead the full user experience.
• Translate business goals into a clear product roadmap based on customer needs, ROI, data insights, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, BI, R&D, Trading, Operations, and Marketing.
• Analyze bettor behavior, funnel performance, and product interactions to identify optimization opportunities.
• Write clear product requirements using Agile methodology and work closely with R&D and designers on product specifications.
• Ensure high-quality delivery, track post-launch performance, and iterate based on results.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Cyprus with 2 days remote per week
• English: Fluent written and verbal communication required
• 3+ years of product management experience in iGaming, specifically sportsbook.
• Strong passion and deep knowledge of sports betting industry.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like Jira.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
