🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of new product functionality — from discovery and requirements to launch and iteration.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer needs together with internal stakeholders.
- Create clear PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Work cross-functionally with project managers, account managers, engineering, QA, and leadership to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare internal and external communications on product updates and releases.
- Analyze post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Contribute to product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy.
🗒Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Product Management (fintech, payments, SaaS — strong plus).
- Solid understanding of payment gateways, transactional systems, or financial tech.
- Strong skills in writing PRDs and translating complex concepts into clear requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience with AI in business processes and building AI/ML-powered features.
- Experience optimizing UX for complex B2B products.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without authority.
