What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and thought leadership across customer and internal engagements.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events to advocate Device Lifecycle Management best practices.
• Design solutions in partnership with customers to drive measurable impact.
• Influence product strategy by pairing field feedback with business insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align technical efforts.
• Manage and coach a team of field engineers across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Boston, United States
• 10+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or field technology leadership.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, Linux, bare-metal, and device-level engineering.
• Proven ability to bridge technical and commercial domains, ideally in SaaS or embedded systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
