What you will do

• Support executive communications functions and lead in the execution across a wide range of company matters.
• Communicate externally on behalf of hirify.global’s leaders to tell specific company stories and amplify executives in the market.
• Craft presentations, speeches, and other executive content.
• Serve as an early member of a growing communications team, helping to establish processes.
• Help shape how the company presents itself, from product announcements to crisis response and cultural moments.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or public affairs, ideally within technology companies.
• Proven success shaping external narratives and positioning companies for high-stakes visibility and industry leadership.
• Experience working with executive communications or speechwriting to develop strategies engaging investor audiences, analysts, and financial media.
• Strong executive presence and experience collaborating closely with C-level leaders on public and investor communications.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into compelling, strategic narratives.
• Track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, highly regulated, or geopolitically sensitive environments.
• Deep understanding of media relations, reputation management, and strategic messaging across a global landscape.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders with precision and discretion.
