What you will do

• Lead the EMEA communications strategy by developing proactive country-specific approaches.
• Build deep relationships with EMEA teams to stay connected to local developments.
• Establish scalable processes to monitor and act on key business topics.
• Drive cross-functional communications in partnership with Product, Global Communications, Legal, Public Policy, and regional teams.
• Advise cross-functional leaders and guide communication decisions across a large, multi-country portfolio.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Communications, ideally within consumer technology, gaming, or multi-product environments.
• Experience overseeing multi-country EMEA communications, working across different languages, regulatory landscapes, and cultural nuances.
• Proven success leading communications for live-service, community-driven, or fandom-based products.
• Strong instinct for rapid response with demonstrated ability to handle multiple evolving situations simultaneously within a very fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with country teams, executives, cross-functional partners, and agency leads.
