What you will do

• Lead the EMEA communications strategy by developing proactive strategies tailored to country needs and opportunities.
• Build deep and trusted relationships with EMEA teams to stay closely connected to regional developments.
• Establish a scalable process to monitor and act on key business topics.
• Drive communications across EMEA in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Global Communications, Legal, and Public Policy.
• Operate with senior-level independence, advising cross-functional leaders and guiding communications decisions across a complex multi-country portfolio.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Communications, ideally within consumer technology, gaming, or complex multi-product environments.
• Experience overseeing multi-country EMEA communications and working across countries with different languages, regulatory landscapes, and cultural nuances.
• Proven success leading communications for live-service, community-driven, or fandom-based products with highly engaged user bases.
• Strong instinct for rapid response with demonstrated ability to handle evolving situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with country teams, executives, cross-functional partners, and agency leads.
