What you will do
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach campaigns.
- Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns including email and LinkedIn messages with native-level English communication.
- Track, measure, and improve conversion rates and maintain pipeline accuracy in Pipedrive.
- Continuously analyze outreach performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with acquisition and marketing teams to align on lead quality and messaging.
Requirements
- Native-level written English is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound workflows, preferably with mobile app creators or digital product founders.
- Strong pipeline management skills including structure, visibility, and prioritization.
- Analytical mindset focused on experimentation and measurable improvement.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to continuous iteration rather than one-time setups.
