What you will do

• Participate in client negotiations to clarify and agree on requirements.
• Design and create wireframes using Figma.
• Assign tasks to design teams and monitor design progress.
• Document requirements and project agreements in Jira and other tools.
• Report project progress and conduct demos for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including corner cases and improvements.

Requirements

• English: fluent communication skills required
• Strong understanding of task analysis and solution generation.
• Knowledge of UX principles and user interface design basics.
• Experience in documentation and technical writing.
• Attentive, responsible, and proactive team player.

Nice to have

• Experience in IT teams with analysis, technical writing, support, or testing.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies like Scrum and Waterfall.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and process notation.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
