What you will do

• Update animation production pipelines and document changes in guidelines
• Define animation quality standards and production timelines, ensuring adherence
• Manage and develop the animation team with mentorship approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments on the project

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Unity and Spine (skeletal animation, effects, mesh, skinning)
• 2–3+ years experience in game projects
• Experience creating and polishing UI animations and transitions
• Skills in team management, planning, and deadline control
• Ability to dive into technical issues and find practical solutions
• Strong process-structuring and documentation skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Animate
• Experience with complex projects featuring unconventional technical architectures
