What you will do
- Develop backend services using Python, Django, FastAPI, and build microservices with REST APIs.
- Work on large-scale, multi-industry eCommerce and enterprise software projects.
- Coach and upskill teams through engineering best practices like code reviews and pair programming.
- Apply DevOps mindset including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate in agile delivery teams and provide regular feedback to improve developer effectiveness.
- Remain hands-on with coding and contribute to architecture decisions.
Requirements
- English: Proficient
- Strong experience with Python, Django, FastAPI, and REST API development.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, Airflow, and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies including TDD, BDD, pair programming.
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation.
- Dutch language skills.
