What you will do

• Collaborate with founders to align technology roadmap with the company’s vision.
• Lead continuous development and rollout of new features for the platform.
• Define and execute strategies for adopting new technologies to meet business and product goals.
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing SaaS technology team.
• Manage the technical budget and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Foster transparent communication with stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• A hands-on leader with strong decision-making abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in scaling technology and teams within a fast-growing startup.
• Solid technical background in software development with knowledge of common frontend and/or backend frameworks.
• Fluent in both English and German.
• Willingness to work from the Berlin office.
