What you will do

• Produce digital and print creative assets including motion graphics, videos, social content, advertisements, and web design elements.
• Design and collaborate on impactful B2B e-commerce marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently within agile 2-week sprints.
• Maintain brand consistency and innovate visual content across all marketing initiatives.
• Optionally produce marketing content using the company’s fully equipped studio.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with 2 days in Eindhoven office
• Minimum 3+ years experience in agency or in-house brand studio with portfolio in UI design, motion graphics, video production, and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Premier Pro, and Figma.
• Strong creative thinking, brand guardianship, and attention to detail.
• English: Written and spoken proficiency expected (job posting in English)

Nice to have

• Experience with studio production and video content creation.
• Knowledge of AI technologies related to design.
• Experience in B2B marketing environments.
