Club Executive

TL;DR

Club Executive (Management): Leading and managing a self-contained Club unit to optimize commercial performance, client delivery, and account development with an accent on client relationship management, operational excellence, and people development. Focus on driving client growth, fostering culture, and managing P&L responsibilities.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients at C-suite and Director level, leading consultative and insight-driven conversations.
• Create and deliver client growth strategies, securing deals and expanding market presence.
• Develop and foster a high-engagement environment for team members, addressing performance and promoting growth.
• Lead operational and commercial performance of the Club, including P&L ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Ensure alignment with company operating model and promote company brand, culture, and values.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Proven leadership and accountability skills with experience managing teams and commercial targets.
• Strong client management and business development experience, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate complexity and make confident decisions under pressure.
• Experience in operational management including financial oversight and forecasting.
