Location: Hybrid role in Eindhoven HQ (1x per week at the office)

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans and ensure end-to-end project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, DevOps, and QA for delivery alignment.
• Identify and communicate risks, keeping the team aligned and unblocked.
• Mentor teammates and help elevate delivery practices within the team.
• Write clean, scalable, well-tested Python code for a distributed, event-driven architecture.
• Improve observability, performance, and reliability across systems and own what you build from code to production.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
• Extensive experience building and working with REST APIs and designing code with production observability.
• Proficiency in writing well-tested code, using Git, and working with Linux and the command line.
• Experience developing distributed and scalable systems.
• Experience with at least one of Docker, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
