Focus on navigating complex client environments, securing new business, and driving sustained revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Manage new client opportunities of all sizes from initial contact through to closing.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and CEOs acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Combine technical expertise with business acumen to identify challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Own the sales process and coordinate multiple stakeholders to secure new business.
  • Achieve ambitious annual targets and drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including solution directors to support client acquisition.

Requirements

  • Extensive business development experience with mid-market clients across various industries.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage with C-suite executives.
  • Working knowledge in at least three areas: digital, business strategy, marketing, technology, data and AI, Agile, change management, business transformation.
  • Experience working with alliance partners like AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft, and Google.
  • Ability to navigate complex client environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
