What you will do

• Develop and maintain Electron applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Build and enhance rich text editing features with Tiptap/Prosemirror and Codemirror.
• Collaborate with product team to ensure seamless developer experience.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to open-source plugins extending hirify.global’s ecosystem.

Requirements

• Location: Remote (any location) or Amsterdam, NL
• 2+ years experience with TypeScript, React, and Electron.
• Experience with desktop applications, rich text editors, or API tooling.
• Familiarity with Tiptap/Prosemirror or Codemirror.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monorepo setups.
• Understanding of performance optimizations and custom UI components.
• English: B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with TailwindCSS.
• Open-source plugin development experience.
