What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services supporting the hirify.global{Wallet} app
• Contribute to frontend and mobile development using React and React Native
• Own feature lifecycle from design through deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with staff engineers, product managers, and designers
• Debug and resolve issues across services and infrastructure
• Share knowledge and support team learning culture

Requirements

• English: must have a proficient level (b2 or higher)
• Strong experience with TypeScript and backend/frontend systems
• Prior experience in Web3 and Ethereum-based ecosystems
• Proven ability to develop and ship features from scratch
• Understanding of software principles: SOLID, DRY, clean code, algorithms
• Work format: hybrid with flexible schedules

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Django or FastAPI
• Experience with React and React Native
• Docker and DevOps familiarity
• Computer Science degree or equivalent knowledge
