• Lead design of hirify.global.com and related web properties in partnership with Marketing
• Own end-to-end user experience, crafting highly interactive and elegant interfaces
• Create reusable, high-performing components based on experiment results
• Monitor experiment outcomes and iterate designs based on performance data
• Evolve design patterns to scale learnings across multiple page variants
