What you will do

• Own and improve infrastructure to ensure hirify.global, reliable, and scalable systems
• Automate development, deployment, and release workflows (CI/CD, observability)
• Maintain and debug service stack including AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform
• Propose and implement cost, security, and architectural improvements
• Collaborate with product teams to enable faster development and delivery
• Configure monitoring and alerting (Datadog) to prevent and respond to incidents

Requirements

• English: must have a proficient level (implied by English resume requirement)
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, Helm
• Experience with Python or another programming language
• Linux administration expertise
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
• Docker and containerization proficiency
• Monitoring and observability experience (Datadog or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience with Web3 infrastructure and blockchain networks
• Typescript and backend development exposure
• Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ familiarity
• PagerDuty or equivalent on-call management experience
• Hands-on security best practices
