What you will do

• Act as primary contact and thought leader for data product initiatives in data management, analytics, and reporting.
• Shape and execute data product roadmaps with clear functionalities, timelines, and objectives.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, measurable, and feasible technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure optimal implementation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and adoption.

Requirements

• Work from the European Union region and have a valid work permit.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and management projects with proven business impact.
• Strong SQL proficiency and basic Python skills for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Proficiency in BI/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of modern data stacks and data engineering concepts.
