What you will do

• Lead and coach technical teams across multiple projects.
• Design and oversee scalable, secure software architectures, focusing on the platform perspective.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored fintech solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate APIs and third-party financial services.
• Drive best practices in code quality, DevOps, and agile development.
• Contribute strategically to hirify.global’s product roadmap and technical vision.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in financial services, banking, platforms or fintech.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Hands-on expertise with modern web technologies, cloud architecture, and API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
• Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
