What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including client, partner, vendor, and data agreements
• Ensure GDPR-compliant processing of personal and health data and support privacy initiatives
• Protect intellectual property and integrate IP safeguards into agreements
• Manage corporate governance documentation and formalities
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to multiple departments and coordinate with external counsel

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid within Germany
• Fully qualified lawyer with at least five years of relevant experience in digital environments
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, trademark law, and medical device law advantageous
• Native-level German and excellent English proficiency with contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage legal issues in dynamic, cross-functional teams

• Experience with data protection and digitalization conflicts
