What you will do

• Support and maintain existing Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud functionality
• Investigate and resolve order recovery and processing issues
• Troubleshoot jobs and fix bugs within the B2C delivery stack
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to provide technical resolutions
• Maintain clear documentation of support activities and communicate progress

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Ukraine or able to work remotely from Ukraine
• 1+ year experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce (Demandware)
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) proficiency and experience with SFRA
• Understanding of APIs and third-party integrations
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer certification
• Experience with React.js and headless architecture concepts
• Practical experience with Composable Storefront
