What you will do

• Investigate and resolve production incidents using logs, SQL, and monitoring tools.
• Communicate proactively with users and stakeholders during incident resolution.
• Manage ticket triage and prioritize issues based on severity and SLA.
• Document investigation steps, root causes, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Handle escalations and collaborate with senior engineers and product owners.
• Identify and propose improvements to production support processes and workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA or production support.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, monitoring tools (Azure Application Insights, Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Datadog), and log analysis.
• Experience with web applications, APIs, microservices, and defect tracking tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
