TL;DR

Senior AI Engineer (AI Engineering): Lead AI transformation engagements with strategic customers by designing and implementing scalable AI applications and autonomous AI agents. Focus on architecting enterprise-grade AI solutions, integrating data, and ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable AI adoption in complex environments.

Location: Hybrid with 3 days a week in office at one of hirify.global's physical hubs

What you will do

• Conduct deep discovery with customers to identify business challenges solvable by hirify.global AI Innovation Workspace
• Design and implement scalable AI applications and blueprints for enterprise workflows
• Integrate enterprise data using RAG and vector databases
• Apply text pre-processing, chunking, summarization, context engineering, and fine-tuning to improve AI solution performance
• Develop and orchestrate autonomous AI agents
• Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and evaluation of LLM applications

Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in Data Science/Data Engineering with minimum 2 years in Generative AI
• Advanced degree in CS, Applied Math, Physics, or equivalent
• Strong Python and JavaScript development skills
• Deep knowledge of transformers and LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral)
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector stores, context engineering, and fine-tuning
• Enterprise cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes
• Understanding of AI privacy, compliance, risk management, and regulations (e.g., EU AI Act)
• Experience working with customers under tight deadlines
