Key Responsibilities
1. Budgeting & Financial Analysis 📑
- Collecting, verifying, and consolidating budget inputs from departments
- Monitoring and controlling project-related expenses
- Maintaining monthly cost records and preparing analytical reports upon request
2. Payments & Banking Operations 🏦
- Communication with banks and financial institutions (account opening, data updates, support with local & international payments)
- Assisting with payment processes within the group of companies
3. Process Optimization ⚙️
- Participating in the improvement of financial processes
- Proposing ideas for cost optimization and reporting efficiency

Requirements ✔️
- 1+ year of experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Financial Analyst
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, ability to work independently and in a team
- English level B1+

Nice to Have ⭐
- Experience working with banks (communication with managers, preparing payment packages)
- Understanding of intercompany payment flows within a group structure
