What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements, documenting them as specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Model business processes using BPMN, UML, and flow charts, and describe system interaction logic.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Organize workshops, interviews, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Manage the product backlog, participating in release planning and roadmap creation.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support managerial decision-making.
• Participate in system architecture design and integration with external services.
• Control requirement implementation, prepare test scenarios, and verify results.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI DSS, PSD2).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as a Business or System Analyst in banking or fintech is required.
• Deep understanding of banking products and processes (cards, accounts, loans, payments, transfers, tokenization).
• Experience integrating internal and external systems like SWIFT, ERP, and third-party services, including Camunda and Colvir.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with experience in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with mobile (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) and web interfaces (React/Web UI).
• Understanding of microservice architecture, API-first, REST/gRPC, event-driven approaches, and SOAP.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and DevOps processes: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Keycloak, Vault.
• English: Intermediate and above is required.
