What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to refine AI models and integrate LLMs into solutions
• Develop and implement deep learning algorithms and generative AI for tax and finance processes
• Preprocess and analyze unstructured data using NLP techniques
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize large language models and neural networks
• Ensure model accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Explore innovative AI use cases and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science
• Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and NLP libraries
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, and advanced AI techniques like RLHF, CNN, RNN, GANs
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• English: Intermediate (B2) proficiency required
• Understanding of object-oriented design, concurrency, and scalable AI deployment
