Location: Bengaluru, India with hybrid work options (country-dependent)

What you will do

  • Ensure accurate and consistent datasets across integration and pre-production environments.
  • Support QA and development teams with data and environment needs, including dataset creation and validation.
  • Prepare stable datasets for automated testing and collaborate with automation teams.
  • Automate environment and data health checks and develop tools to improve data reliability.
  • Coordinate cross-team data needs and participate in QA and order-to-cash ceremonies.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Bengaluru, India
  • 8+ years of experience in test data management or related roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
  • Experience with Oracle Xstore, Jira (Zephyr/Xray), Java, and Selenium automation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks.
