What you will do

• Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives with senior project managers
• Manage project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation ensuring accurate documentation
• Communicate regularly with marketing stakeholders and creative/production teams
• Support continuous improvement of project workflows and maintain project management tools
• Handle administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and file organization

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing operations
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, or Jira
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Experience in creative services, agency operations, or content production workflows
