❇️We are looking for an experienced HR Director who will lead the People function, build scalable processes, and act as a strategic partner to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️Lead the People Team and all core HR streams (HR Admin, C&B, Talent Management, L&D, Recruitment, ER, Internal Communications, and General Administration);
✔️Develop and execute the annual HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
✔️Ensure smooth and consistent execution of global HR processes: Performance Review, Promotion, Salary Review, and Talent & Leadership Assessment;
✔️Maintain and evolve organizational structure, including Job Evaluation and salary grade framework;
✔️Strengthen internal communications and employee engagement, including SCI survey cycle and implementation of improvement plans.

Requirements:
✔️3+ years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR, HR Country Lead, or Senior HRBP;
✔️Proven experience managing a team (3+ direct reports); GA oversight is a plus;
✔️Strong expertise in Labour Law, C&B, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition;
✔️Ability to analyse HR data, build processes, and implement changes;
✔️Fluent English is mandatory.
