What you will do

• Assist with architecting and designing network and network security products in secured enclaves.
• Play a supporting role in defining system security requirements and designing security interfaces.
• Oversee hardening and configuration of systems according to Federal, DoD, and IC guidance.
• Collaborate on and lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of network monitoring solutions (Splunk, CA Spectrum, Grafana).
• Develop and optimize real-time dashboards and alerting systems for network issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and resolve technical obstacles.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in network monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Experience in network fault management, event correlation, and root-cause analysis using enterprise-grade tools.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and optimization of monitoring tasks.
• Knowledge of network protocols (SNMP, ICMP, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and device onboarding.
• Experience with Microsoft and Linux environments in an enterprise information security setting.
