What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 designers and managers, driving clarity and results.
• Define product experience strategy and creative direction for new AI platform products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers from concept to implementation.
• Develop relevant and impactful user experiences based on customer behaviors and needs.
• Contribute to strategic product planning and experience roadmaps.
• Innovate and improve design processes, products, and culture.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of product or service design experience with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading technical design teams.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a focus on simplicity and accessibility.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to energize teams and advocate ideas.
• Must be located within commuting distance to a Microsoft office in the U.S.
