What you will do

• Establish and oversee enterprise-wide risk management frameworks including financial, operational, cyber, and crypto-asset risks
• Ensure compliance with SCA, CySEC, and FCA regulatory requirements
• Continuously enhance risk frameworks to align with company risk appetite across all business lines
• Shape and influence risk culture at the highest leadership level
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and compliant infrastructure

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in specified cities including Cyprus, Poland, Bulgaria, UK, or Dubai
• English: Proficient English required (job posted in English)
• Senior leadership experience in risk management, preferably in fintech or crypto sectors
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SCA, CySEC, FCA
• Experience managing financial, operational, cyber, and crypto-asset risks
