What you will do

• Architect and implement modular, maintainable software optimized for performance and scalability
• Lead design discussions and drive technical decision-making aligned with business goals
• Own medium to large-scale projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring systems
• Provide detailed code reviews and drive technical debt reduction
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Must be based in Guadalajara or surrounding areas with right to work
• Ability to work within four hours of Eastern Standard Time
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with leadership in technical initiatives
• Strong proficiency in C#, .Net or similar modern object-oriented languages
• Experience with agile methodologies and system architecture principles
