What you will do

• Design, launch, and scale the Microsoft Technology Associates program with clear KPIs and coverage models.
• Hire, coach, and manage a distributed team, providing training on Microsoft licensing and customer engagement.
• Align team activities with sales leadership and Microsoft business goals to ensure consistent customer support.
• Drive operational excellence by tracking licensing milestones, CRM accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Enable upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
• Build a sustainable talent pipeline and partner with leadership for strategic growth.

Requirements

• Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada
• 5+ years in technology sales, licensing, or sales leadership within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing programs (EA, CSP, M365, Azure).
• Proven ability to design and scale teams, set KPIs, and build processes.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• English: B2 level or higher required
