What you will do

• Advise engineering teams on privacy requirements and user consent development.
• Translate privacy regulations and standards into actionable product requirements.
• Create and execute privacy compliance plans across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain privacy standards, policies, and audit frameworks.
• Drive privacy and compliance mindset and program improvements within engineering and research teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based within commuting distance to a Microsoft office in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product, project, program management or software development.
• Experience managing privacy, security, or audit compliance engineering programs.
• Preferred: IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).
• 3+ years managing medium-large scale projects with scope, schedule, and budget responsibility.
• 3+ years technical or feature program management experience.
