What you will do

• Own and improve the merchant onboarding journey from KYC to system activation.
• Analyze onboarding performance and identify friction points using data insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, payments, and operations teams to deliver improvements.
• Produce clear product requirement documents and success metrics.
• Lead go-to-market planning and cross-team readiness.
• Drive innovation including AI-driven onboarding optimization.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in Norwich, Norfolk, UK
• 3+ years experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with onboarding, fintech, payments, or identity verification preferred.
• Proficiency with product analytics tools and SQL.
• Understanding of KYC, compliance, and API integrations.
