What you will do

  • Partner closely with AWS’s sales and customer success organizations, specifically within the contact center space.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and logos to expand the fast-growing business.
  • Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Exceed sales quotas and help the company meet its sales and high-growth targets.
  • Act as a problem solver for clients, demonstrating how NeuraFlash solutions resolve their pain points.
  • Drive innovation at scale by developing advanced AI-powered bots and streamlining business operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales and 3+ years managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles, preferably within the Amazon Connect space.
  • Strong industry knowledge and a robust network with AWS channel partners.
  • Proven ability to acquire new customers and upsell new products to existing accounts with innovative solutions.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets, placing you in the top 10% of your current company.
  • Ability to present professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients.
