What you will do

• Gather and document user and client requirements for digital products and services.
• Support development, testing, and delivery of new products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend product improvements.
• Prepare technical documentation and share with senior analysts and technical teams.
• Assist senior analysts with data requests, reporting, and technical support.
• Participate in initiatives to improve process efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kosice, Slovakia
• Knowledge of business data analysis and requirements analysis techniques.
• Ability to write technical documentation and reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Formal education in computer science, software engineering, or related field preferred.

• Experience with MS Power BI and SQL databases.
