What you will do
- Serve as first point of contact for Talent Attraction queries and support recruiting coordination.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews globally, ensuring timely communication and candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking and HRIS systems accurately.
- Support pre-onboarding processes including new hire data entry, IT equipment management, and background checks.
- Administer HR documents and assist with immigration, recruiting, and talent management tasks.
Requirements
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
- Fluent English required for communication and interview process.
- 1-3 years experience in HR or recruiting coordination.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (Lever and ADP preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
