What you will do

• Define and lead the technical architecture for hirify.global’s prototyping ecosystem to enable interactive, data-driven experiments.
• Build and maintain a web-based prototyping platform using React, Next.js, and related technologies for scalable A/B testing.
• Collaborate with user experience researchers to automate testing workflows and reduce time-to-insight.
• Translate design concepts into production-ready engineering solutions ensuring authentic user experiences.
• Develop internal tools and component libraries to automate repetitive design workflows.
• Mentor and cultivate technical best practices within the design and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in UX Engineering, Design Technology, or Frontend Development focused on platforms or complex internal tools.
• Deep expertise in modern web stack technologies including React, Next.js, Node, and Firebase.
• Proven ability to architect scalable frameworks and component libraries beyond single-use websites.
• Strong strategic leadership and problem-solving skills to identify and remove inefficiencies in design processes.
• Excellent communication and fluency in design principles, interaction design, and accessibility.
• Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US.
